I established my practice in Knysna in 1985. I work from home and do all the design and drawing work myself. I employ no draughting staff and am assisted by my wife, Trish. I have design well over 250 houses in the Knysna area, of which 70 are on Thesen Islands, listed below. I have also designed houses at Simola, Sparrebosch (12), Eastford Country Estate, Eastford Downs, Eastford Vale, Eastford Glen and Eastford Cove, The Heads, Hunters Home and Belvidere Estate (25), plus some commercial buildings in Knysna and Sedgefield.

I served on the Knysna Aesthetics Committee for 20 years and on the Thesen Islands Design Review Panel for 14 years.
